'Integrating Consciousness' is a podcast devised to explore the plethora of modalities accessible in supporting the collective in the exploration & expansion of self, and ultimately integrating what we have learned.
The planet is shifting its vibration. Old paradigms and concepts are being challenged; science is shifting, supporting, and merging with the teachings of ancient spiritual beliefs. The masses are feeling this shift in our consciousness, being challenged and invited to expand. We are in an exhilarating time, yet many of us lack communities, guides, leaders, or teachers to turn to for support because we don't know how to find them.
My intention is to create a space that supports individuals seeking personal growth by providing a wealth of knowledge, tools, strategies, insights, practitioners, and language. This will be achieved through the diverse guests I invite to this podcast.
This podcast is founded on a spirit of philanthropy. Every guest who joins me in conversation contributes a meaningful offering — whether that’s a complimentary coaching or somatic session, a hypnosis experience, a book, or access to a community or resource.
Viewers can receive these offerings by leaving an intentional, authentic comment on the episode (preferably on YouTube). Recipients are selected from these comments, and those chosen will be notified directly through a reply to their original comment — so be sure to keep your comment notifications on.

The 'Conversations with Aya' Podcast shares intimate, first-hand accounts of healing, transformation, and guidance received through sacred hayakwaska ceremonies. Each story reveals not only the personal breakthroughs of the storyteller but also the universal wisdom Madre offers to all of us. Through visions, downloads, and profound teachings, listeners are invited to access deeper layers of connection with the earth, with spirit, and with their own inner truth.
Hayakwaska speaks in many languages: through archetypes, animal guides, sacred geometry, and the stirring of the heart. While the experiences are unique, the medicine’s essence is collective—reminding us of love, unity, and the power of remembering who we are.
We also honor the Indigenous peoples of Peru and the Amazon, the original guardians of this medicine, who have carried its wisdom through generations of ceremony and song. It is from their connection, discipline, and devotion that we are able to receive these teachings today. As hayakwaska moves into the modern world, their voices and traditions risk being misappropriated or erased. This podcast seeks to hold reverence for their lineages, to acknowledge their sovereignty, and to uplift their continued presence in this sacred work.
This is not entertainment. It is medicine in spoken form. Each episode is a living prayer for healing and awakening, offering tools for integration and reflections that extend beyond ceremony into daily life. If you are called to walk the path of consciousness, to listen for the whispers of Madre, and to explore the universal wisdom of plant medicine, this podcast is for you. The stories are personal, but the truth belongs to all. The thumbnail for this podcast depicts an AI-generated image inspired by visionary states. It is not the face of any individual, but an archetypal honoring of the many Indigenous peoples who have carried this wisdom to us. May it serve as a reminder of gratitude, not appropriation.
As we share these stories, let us do so with reverence, reciprocity, and respect, always remembering the source: the peoples, the forests, and the songs of the Amazon.
